Delphine Seyrig (1932–1990) was a French actress and film director. In 1950 she married the American painter Jack Youngerman, one of Ellsworth Kelly’s closest friends during his years in Paris. Through Youngerman, Kelly became closely connected to the Seyrig family. He spent two summers at their villa La Combe in Meschers-sur-Gironde and later recalled those summers as among the most productive periods of his life.
