Frédo Sidès (also Alfredo de Sidès) (1882–1953) was a French-naturalized art critic and a significant figure in the postwar abstract art scene. After studying business in Paris, he served as head of antiquities for the interior design firm Lucien Alavoine from 1917 to the mid-1920s, working between Paris and New York. An impresario and prominent personality of the Roaring Twenties, he moved within the circles of Café Society and the Lost Generation, and was associated with art dealers René Gimpel and Maria Cuttoli.

In 1939, Sidès organized the exhibition Réalités Nouvelles and went on to found the Salon des Réalités Nouvelles in 1946, serving as its director until his death in August 1953.
